2024 Petting Zoo Rates
All of our animals are very friendly and interact well with children. We’ll bring the animals to your location, set up a sheltered, walk-in canopy and fencing, and invite the kids in to interact directly with the animals! We are knowledgeable about all our animals and love to talk about them.
We offer four different standard sizes of petting zoo: extra small, small, medium, or large. Detailed descriptions for each zoo size is listed below. We are very flexible with the number and sizes of animals in the petting zoo. We no longer publish our full rate deck online. Please request a quote by filling out our Contact Us form. Rates start at around $750 for a small zoo without pony rides and go up from there.
Just about anything is possible - just ask!
For the safety and comfort of our animals, we ask that any bookings more than a 2 hour drive extend their booking by an equivalent duration. For example, if you're a 3 hour drive from Pemberton, we ask that you book a minimum of 3 hours to give the animals time to rest between trips.

Below are the standard animals included in each of the petting zoos. If you'd like something different, please let us know!
We also offer an "extra small zoo" where just individual types of animals are requested. Examples would be just rabbits for a birthday party, just a donkey for a party, etc. Please call or e-mail for pricing on these special requests.
Small birthday-party-sized zoo
Our small petting zoo features a variety of child friendly critters and may include a miniature horse or a miniature donkey, and multiple Shetland sheep, Nigerian Dwarf and Fainting goats, rabbits, and chicks and/or chickens (subject to change.) If pony rides are requested, then there will be no miniature horse or miniature donkey so there is room for the ponies in the trailer. (The mini horse and mini donkey can NOT be ridden.) This size zoo only requires about a 20’ x 20’ space, includes 10-15 animals, and is best for smaller childcare centers, retirement communities, birthday parties, and smaller events. Recommended capacity of about 12-15 children in the zoo area at a time. More may be possible depending on the level of adult supervision.
Medium petting zoo
Our medium petting zoo features a larger variety and quantity of critters. If no pony rides are requested, then both the mini horse and mini donkey would be included. If pony rides are requested, then there will be no miniature horse or miniature donkey so there is room for the ponies in the trailer. (The mini horse and mini donkey can NOT be ridden.) The medium zoo would include the pot bellied pigs OR the alpaca, sheep, goats, rabbits, plus chicks and / or chickens. This size zoo requires about a 30’ x 30’ space and includes at least 15-20 animals. The medium petting zoo is good for church festivals, community events, daycare centers, etc. where pony rides are requested, but only 1 truck & trailer (1/2 the mileage charges!) is needed, or where a small zoo is wanted, but with a larger variety of animals. Recommended capacity of about 18-20 children in the zoo area at a time. More may be possible depending upon the level of adult supervision.
Large petting zoo
Our large petting zoo features our largest variety and quantity of critters and would include both the miniature horse and miniature donkey, pot bellied pigs, sheep, goats, rabbits, plus chicks and / or chickens. We also have alpacas that we bring with the large petting zoo that are less “pet-able”, but are still interesting to look at, touch, and talk about. This size zoo requires at least a 30’ x 30’ space with a bit larger space preferred and includes at least 20-25 animals. The large petting zoo is the favorite for church festivals, community events, large daycare centers, etc. Recommended capacity of about 18-20 children in the zoo area at a time. More may be possible depending upon the level of adult supervision. When pony rides are included with a large petting zoo, a second truck and trailer will be required to haul all the animals safely.
Living Nativity Special
Includes one mini donkey, 2-3 sheep, 2-3 goats, and one alpaca. Requires a minimum 10’ x 10’ space where we do not invite children into the pen with the animals. Does not include mini horse, rabbits, pot bellied pigs, or chickens. Does not include any pony ride options.
